Local or international recruitment? We choose in your interest, not ours.

We search locally first, across Canada. We only turn to international recruitment when the position cannot be filled here.

$1,500 + tax

Per local candidate placed. No percentage of salary.

2 weeks

Trial period before any invoicing.

3 months

Replacement guarantee, at no charge.

No LMIA

Programs that do not depend on the cap applying in your region.

Empty production workstation at the end of a shift in a small factory

That empty workstation is costing you contracts.

If you are like most of the companies we work with, you have already been through this:

  • You were promised foreign workers who never arrived.
  • Or who arrived months too late, once the order was already lost.
  • A file was refused over an NOC code or a poorly prepared document.
  • Some permits are no longer renewable since the 2024 restrictions.
  • You were told your region or your sector left you no options.
  • You paid fees for support that produced no result.

The problem is almost never the job posting. It is the route chosen at the start, and a misdirected international file costs months before anyone notices.

Which route applies to your situation?

Four starting points. The real fee and timeline appear right away, with no form to fill in.

Recommended route

Local recruitment

Candidates already established in Canada: citizens, permanent residents or open work permit holders. No immigration delay, wherever your company sits in the country.

$1,500 + tax
per candidate placed
  • Two-week trial period
  • Three-month replacement guarantee, at no charge
  • Invoiced after the trial period
  • No fee if no candidate is placed
Recommended route

International Experience Canada

Two categories, no LMIA. These programs do not depend on the foreign worker cap that applies to your workplace.

Starting from
$1,500 + tax
Working Holiday, open permit
Starting from
$2,500 + tax
Young Professionals, employer-specific permit
  • Estimated timeline of three to four months
  • No LMIA required
  • Candidate aged 18 to 35
  • Government fees apply according to the case
Recommended route

Qualified international programs

Depending on the candidate's nationality and your sector, several agreements open a route without an LMIA. The Canada-Colombia agreement is one example among others; we determine which one applies to your file.

Starting from
$2,500 + tax
complete support
  • Search, pre-selection and reference checks
  • Identification of the applicable agreement
  • Immigration file preparation
  • Estimated timeline of three to four months
Recommended route

Legal diagnostic

The worker is identified. What remains is determining which route applies to their status, your sector and your region.

Custom
depending on the route
  • Analysis of the worker's current status
  • Verification of your company's eligibility
  • Determination of the applicable program
  • File prepared under the supervision of Me Carreras Rios

The restrictions are not the same for everyone

The cap on temporary foreign workers varies with your region, your sector and the wage level of the position. Some employers are exempt entirely, others benefit from a raised cap in rural areas, and certain urban zones face tighter limits. Several sectors are not capped at all.

We verify what applies to your workplace before recommending a route. And when the cap blocks you, the programs without an LMIA do not depend on it.

How a mandate unfolds

Four steps. The first decides whether the other three take place.

1

Diagnosing the need

The real position, the production pace, the essential skills, the disqualifying criteria, and your production and recruitment challenges. You know your company; we translate that need into realistic recruitment criteria.

2

Viability study

Does the wage match the regional market? Does a candidate pool exist? Is the mobility you expect realistic? Does your urgency match immigration timelines? An impossible mandate is paused or closed.

3

Search and presentation

Local search first, across Canada. Phone screening, interview, verification of diplomas, certifications and references. You receive an honest portrait of every candidate, including what still needs validating.

4

Immigration and arrival

If the international route applies, our legal team prepares the file and follows it through to the decision. Then come arrival, settlement and follow-up after the start date. French-language training is a separate mandate, which we can coordinate.

Why small and mid-sized businesses trust us

Expertise developed since 2018, with one simple rule: your interest before our commission.

Local first, international next

We search the Canadian pool first, wherever your company is located, and only turn to international recruitment when the local market does not answer. Never the reverse, and no commission distorts the recommendation.

Legal supervision included

Me Idalmis Carreras Rios oversees the files: status analysis, program selection, document validation, and communications with Service Canada, the MIFI and IRCC. At no additional fee.

Candidates verified, not just found

Diplomas, certifications, references, work authorization status and real mobility are checked before presentation. You also receive what still needs validating.

Fixed fees and ongoing follow-up

No percentage of salary, no hidden charges. Post-hire follow-up is part of the mandate. French-language training and cultural adaptation are offered separately, through our specialized entity.

What we turn down

We are paid on placement. That obliges us to close mandates that cannot succeed, and to tell you early.

  • A wage clearly below the regional market
  • A candidate pool that does not exist for this profile
  • An urgency incompatible with immigration timelines
  • Criteria that change with every presentation
  • Working conditions unrealistic for the position
  • A mandate given to several agencies without transparency

A paused mandate is not invoiced. We would rather decline a search than collect on work that produces nothing.

OUR METHOD

We do not forward résumés. We assess candidates.

Every person we present has cleared two separate stages: a screen that rules out what cannot work, then a technical assessment by trade module, with concrete examples required.

It is what answers the sentence we hear most often: “I already tried an agency, they sent me anyone at all”.

See how we assess
  • Five deal breakers checked before anything else
  • Nine technical modules, one per trade family
  • A concrete example required for every skill claimed
  • A report with the gaps written down, not only the strengths
  • No candidate with uncertain status presented without legal validation

Let's talk about the position you cannot fill.

Twenty minutes is enough to know whether the local market can answer, and if not, which route applies to your company.
