Your obligations when you employ a foreign worker.
An employer can be inspected after hiring, sometimes years later. What is checked is not your good faith, but your ability to demonstrate in writing that the promised conditions were respected.

What must be true
The checklist
- Does the wage paid match exactly the one in the offer
- Do the actual duties match the declared position
- Do the hours worked match what was planned
- Can the documents be retrieved quickly
- Who, in your company, would answer an inspection request
What we will never say
We will not tell you a file is definitively compliant. Compliance is assessed at the time of the inspection, on the facts of that period. What we do is help you document as you go, so the answer is easy the day the question arises.
Where we come in
A gap between the filed offer and reality is rarely deliberate. It is usually a schedule change, a promotion or a wage adjustment that nobody documented. That is exactly what we look at in a preventive audit.

- Sur évaluation
- Stated in the service proposal, per worker
- Government fees are separate and paid to the authorities
