What we do
- We assess your trade properly, with precise technical questions and concrete examples
- We check what your status allows you to do, and we tell you plainly
- We present your profile to employers whose position genuinely matches your experience
- We tell you what the employer expects, the wage, the shift and the location, before the interview
- We stay in touch after you start, so the first weeks go well
What we will not do
- Guarantee you a job. No serious agency can
- Guarantee you a work permit or permanent residence. Those decisions belong to the authorities
- Promise you a timeline. We depend on our clients’ actual mandates
- Charge you anything if you are already in Canada with a valid work authorisation
- Send your résumé to an employer without speaking with you first
What your status allows
You do not need to be a citizen to work. Here are the situations we accept, and what we check in each case. Our service costs you nothing.

What to know before getting your hopes up
How it actually works
We do not recruit internationally on an ongoing basis. We do it when an employer gives us a mandate and the position cannot be filled in Canada. Your profile then enters our database, and we contact you if a mandate matches.
Your eligibility depends on your nationality, your age, your trade and the position offered. An excellent profile for which no route is open unfortunately cannot be presented.
The fees, stated plainly
For international support, a fee of $1,800 + tax applies to the candidate, on top of the government fees you pay directly to the authorities.
These fees are not disguised placement fees: they cover the handling of your file. They do not apply to people already in Canada with a valid authorisation.
Nothing is asked of you when you submit your application. The exact terms are explained to you in writing before any commitment.
From your application to your first shift
We contact you separately from the employer, on purpose. What you tell us about transport, housing, workload or the gap between the job advertised and the job you actually got helps us fix things before they go wrong.
What separates a temporary permit from a life plan
A permit has an end date. Your life plan does not have to.
French conditions access to several routes toward permanent status in Quebec, and it weighs heavily in the selection grids, especially spoken French. It also matters day to day: understanding a safety instruction, a product sheet or a production order changes your autonomy and your place in the team.
Individual, group or trade-focused classes are offered by Services Tutorat, under a mandate separate from recruitment. If we place you, we can point you in the right direction.
Requirements vary by program and by situation. An individual assessment is necessary.
What candidates ask us
Does this cost me anything?
If you are already in Canada with a valid work authorisation: nothing. The employer pays our fees. For international support from abroad, a fee of $1,800 + tax applies, on top of government fees paid directly to the authorities. Nothing is asked of you when you submit your application.
Will you find me a job quickly?
We cannot promise you a timeline. We work on the real mandates our clients give us. If your trade matches a current mandate, it can move fast. If not, your profile stays in our database and we contact you when a position matches.
My permit expires soon. Can I still apply?
Yes, and tell us right away. Dates matter enormously: an extension filed before expiry does not have the same effect as one filed after. The sooner we know, the more options there are.
Do I have to be willing to relocate?
No. Many of our positions are outside the major centres, but we ask for your honest position from the start: stay in your area, open to relocating, or open if housing support is offered. Answering frankly saves you time, and us too.
Is my résumé sent to just anyone?
No. We speak with you first, we explain the job and the company, and we ask for your agreement before any presentation. Your information is kept and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
I have no diploma, only experience. Is that a problem?
Not for most of our positions. What we check is what you can actually do: the processes, the machines, blueprint reading, autonomy. A technical test in the shop is often worth more than a certificate. Some immigration routes do have their own requirements, however.
Submitting an application or sending a résumé creates no representation mandate, no lawyer-client relationship and no obligation to present your application to an employer. Any decision concerning a work permit, a visa, a selection or permanent residence rests exclusively with the competent government authorities.
