GET IN TOUCH

A real person answers.

No endless voicemail, no form that vanishes into nothing. Tell us what you need and we come back with a concrete answer, even when that answer is that we are not the right fit.

The assessment

The most useful route. Six short questions about your position or your trade, and we arrive at the call already knowing what it is about. No contact details are asked before the last step.

DEPENDING ON YOUR SITUATION

What we need to know in your first message

The more precise your first message, the more useful our first reply. Here is what saves everyone a round trip.

You are an employerThe position to fill, the city of your workplace, how long the position has been open and the wage offered. With that, we already know which routes are open to you. See the Employers page
You are looking for workYour trade, your current city and your status in Canada. Status is the single most important detail: it determines what we can offer you. See the Workers page
You already have someone in mindTell us where the person is, what their current status is and what position you want to offer them. We review it and connect you with the legal department.
A permit is approaching expiryGive the expiry date in your first message, and call rather than write. Dates matter enormously, and an application filed before expiry does not have the same effect as one filed after.
You received a refusal or a letter from the authoritiesSend the letter as it is, without summarising it. Response deadlines for these letters are short and the exact wording matters. See legal services
You only want to understand your optionsThat is a legitimate and frequent request. The assessment is free, and we sometimes conclude that you do not need an agency. See the assessment
