What must be true
The checklist
- Be a citizen of a partner country — more than 35 countries and territories
- Be between 18 and 35 inclusive when the profile is submitted; some agreements cap at 30
- Passport valid for the entire stay
- Have at least 2 500 $ CAD available
- Health insurance covering care, hospitalisation and repatriation
- Not be accompanied by dependants
A Quebec particularity worth knowing
A participant working in Quebec may be eligible for RAMQ coverage under a social security agreement. That coverage does not include repatriation, which is nevertheless mandatory for the programme. The participant must therefore take out complementary insurance. It is a frequent mistake that can lead to refusal at the border.
Where we come in
The process runs through a random draw. Once invited, the candidate has 10 days to accept and 20 days to file the complete application. Those deadlines cannot be recovered: that is where our support matters most.

- 1 500 $ + tax

- Government fees are separate and paid to the authorities
