03

You receive a detailed offer

Proposed services, applicable fees and estimated costs. You review everything before making any commitment.

Every case is different

Why the cost and the applicable program can vary

Eligibility for certain programs, the steps required and the applicable costs depend on several factors specific to your hiring, subject to the government criteria in force.

Variable 1

Candidate nationality

Nationality can open or limit access to certain international mobility programs, including youth exchange programs and some international agreements.

Variable 2

Job category

The category and characteristics of the position help determine which programs and streams may apply to the hiring.

Variable 3

Work location

The work location can affect the regional rules, measures or restrictions that apply to the case.

Variable 4

Offered salary

The salary offered can affect the applicable stream and certain requirements or restrictions tied to the hiring.

Frequently asked questions

Before you fill it in

Why do the published prices start with “starting from”?

Because no two cases are alike. The applicable program, the steps required and the number of candidates retained all change the work involved. The published amount is our starting point; the exact price appears in the service offer you receive before committing.

Is local recruitment also “starting from”?

No. Local recruitment is $1,500 + taxes per candidate placed, invoiced after a two-week trial. That is a fixed amount. And if no candidate is placed, you pay nothing: we are paid on success.

What exactly are the government fees?

They are amounts paid to the authorities, never to us. Depending on the case, they may include employer compliance fees, work permit fees, candidate biometric fees and other fees required by the competent authorities. They are set by those authorities and can change.

Why do you ask for candidate nationality?

Because it directly affects which programs are available. Some international mobility agreements cover only certain countries, and some youth exchange programs have their own conditions. Without it, we cannot determine the applicable route.

What if I do not know which program suits me?

That is the most common case, and it is not a problem. Choose “I am not sure, I need guidance” in the program list. We analyse your situation and propose the route or routes that may apply.

Does sending this request commit me to anything?

No. Sending it is not a commitment. You receive a detailed service offer, you review it, and then you decide. No steps are taken before you agree.
