General labourer — painter’s helper or air systems

A welding and fabrication shop in Montérégie is looking for a general labourer. One position is open, but two different profiles can fit: painter’s helper, or air systems installation. Tell us which one matches you.
What you will do
- Profile A, painter’s helper: assist the painter, prepare and clean the work area, make the work faster and safer
- Profile B, air systems: bin installation, hydraulic work, wiring
- Maintaining the work area in both cases
- Light welding on steel, depending on the profile
What is required
- For profile A: experience in industrial painting
- For profile B: knowledge of the semi-trailer and pump field
- Some steel welding experience is a plus
- Valid authorisation to work in Canada
The conditions
- Four-and-a-half-day week, finishing at noon on Friday
- Insurance after three months
- Wage increase after three months
- Thirty-minute lunch and two breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon
